We’ve got you covered! Get care easily with low or no-cost primary care visits, and pay nothing for most preventive screenings.
Tip: Look for the image of the apple in your plan’s Evidence of Coverage for all $0 preventive services.

Need medications?
No problem! Your easy-to-use drug plan allows you to check coverage and drug pricing, find available discounts and order prescriptions by mail.
More drugs added to formulary
You have more medications available to you. We are covering many drugs that were previously excluded, so you have coverage for medications such as prescription strength cough and cold medicines, folic acid, vitamin D, erectile dysfunction medications and more. Order by mail to save time and money
Many of the medicines you may be taking on a regular basis can be delivered safely and confidentially to your door by mail. Conveniently order up to a 100-day supply of medication on Tier 1 and up to a 90-day supply of medication on Tier 2 through Tier 4 at only two times the 30-day copay, saving you money and time. Advantage MD D-SNP members can fill all prescriptions for 90-day supplies.
Save money on over-the-counter (OTC) health items
Purchase drugs, supplies and self-care products without a prescription through the OTC benefit via catalog or CVS stores (HMO, HMO Select, D-SNP and Tribute plans only). Discover your OTC savings.
Check your drug cost and coverage
Discover if you can save money on your medications with the CVS Caremark® Check Drug Cost & Coverage Tool. Find your out-of-pocket drug cost, see a list of lower-cost options you can ask your doctor about, and see how much you can save by moving your prescription to a 90-day supply. Go to Caremark.com, or find the tool on the Caremark/CVS app.

Care Managers can collaborate with you and all of your health care providers to give preventive health guidance, assist you in navigating the health care system following a health event, help coordinate complex care and more.

You can also use telehealth for other services. You also pay nothing for each Medicare-covered telehealth visit for the following services, where available from the provider:
- Home Health
- Primary Care
- Specialist
- Mental Health and Outpatient Substance Abuse

Advantage MD offers a wide variety of online health education programs and workshops at no cost to help you achieve your best health. Connect via Zoom using your internet-connected computer, laptop, tablet or smart phone to learn about weight and stress management, heart health, diabetes management, preventing falls and so much more.
Want to earn a gift card?
Our Small Steps, Big Rewards preventive care program lets eligible members earn gift cards just for completing certain preventive screenings. If eligible for any of the services or tests, you could earn a $15, $25 or $100 retail gift card.
Need a ride?
We can help you get to your appointments. Tribute, D-SNP and Select plans cover 24 one-way trips to plan-approved health related locations. The HMO plan covers 12 one-way trips. (Rides to and from a doctor count as two trips.)
