Silver&Fit® is a program designed for older adults. As an Advantage MD member, you can enjoy the fitness and education benefits of Silver&Fit.
Workouts. Classes. Newsletters. Rewards. The Silver&Fit® program—designed specifically for older adults—gives members the option to workout at any participating fitness center near them and order home fitness kits to stay in shape at home. With two flexible workout options, you can improve your health based on your personal preference.

How does it work?
Once you are eligible for the Silver&Fit program and enroll, you can:
Work out at a participating fitness center.
Enjoy all of the standard amenities* of the fitness center including cardiovascular and strength training equipment.
Work out at home.
You can order one Home Fitness kit per benefit year through the Home Fitness program. Choose from a selection of 10 Home Fitness kits including: Fitbit® Wearable Fitness Tracker Kit, Garmin® Wearable Fitness Tracker Kit, Pilates Kit, Strength Kit, Swim Kit, and a Yoga Kit.
*Services that require an additional cost are not included.
