FIND CARE
Get 24/7 medical advice from a registered nurse.

Not all of our health concerns happen when our provider’s office is open.
When you have a medical question or if you experience an after-hours illness, injury or symptom, we have a solution. A registered nurse is on-call 24/7 to talk to you about your health.
Our 24-hour Nurse Chat line gives you the flexibility to speak with a registered nurse when it matters to you. If you are unable to contact or see your provider, Nurse Chat can give you advice on your health and whether you should seek care right away or if you can wait. This is a no-cost service for members.

Emergencies
If you are in an immediate state of crisis, call 9-1-1 or go directly to a hospital emergency room for urgent attention. Attending health care providers will also be able to tell you where and how to get more help.
If you experience feelings that cause you to believe you may hurt yourself or someone else, get help right away. Call the National Suicide Prevention Hotline at 800-SUICIDE (800-784-2433) or your local crisis center. For Maryland: call or text 988.
